This is a two-month training camp that you will participate in along with others, in a virtual class-based setting to burn fat, gain endurance and build a stronger you all around.

You will be woken up every training day and led through a cardio session.
Your diet will be held accountable for.
You will show up for the second strength and conditioning session of the day and every day you will be closer to your goal.
